The OIT Help Desk provides support to ND faculty, staff and students on Windows and Macintosh operating systems, and supported desktop applications. The OIT Help Desk maintains a high overall satisfaction rate (4.85 out of 5.00) with the customers they serve. In the 2013-2014 academic year, they resolved over 26,500 customer issues, and just over 73 percent of those issues were resolved in less than one hour. The OIT Help Desk also was listed in the Top 50 for the Help Desk Institute’s Customer Satisfaction Elite list for the second year in a row.
